Any use of Licensed Material in a manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement or in breach of a term of this Agreement constitutes copyright infringement, entitling tilllate.com to exercise all rights and remedies available to it under copyright laws around the world. Licensee shall be responsible for any damages resulting from any such copyright infringement, including any claims by a third party. In addition and without prejudice to tilllate.com other remedies under this Agreement, tilllate.com reserves the right to charge and Licensee agrees to pay a fee equal to five times tilllate.com normal licence fee for use of the Licensed Material.

By your photo appearing on Tilllate.com it is assumed that you have consented to a photo being taken and published on Tilllate.com and all or any of its mediums or media groups and or partners without further consultation. If you would like any photo of yourself removed from the tilllate.com website from the UK pages please info@uk.tilllate.com with your name, reason, link to the page where the photo appears and a brief description of the photo so the right one is removed.
